OK, now we want to add a simple orb and an arrow to the content box.
Create a new layer, select “Elliptical Marquee Tool” and make a selection and fill it with white color.

Select the layer and double click on it in order to open Layer Style dialog box and apply following settings.

Inner Shodow

Color Overlay

Stroke

Result

I’ve selected the following shape (Forward) using Custom Shape Tool.

Draw a “Forward” shape and Resterize it (right click the bubble layer and click Rasterize Layer).

Here’s the final result.
