Create a new document. Select the [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) ].
Draw a rectangle as shown. The color used for rectangle is #77b53e.

Right click on layer and click on [ Resterize Layer ] .

Hold down “Alt” key and Duplicate the layer 4 times and place as shown.

Change opacity of layers like what is shown in the image .

Use [ Move Tool (V) ] and right click on layer to select it.

You should apply different opacity to shapes.

The Result:

Now Hold down  “Ctrl” and select all shapes in layers panel.
Go to Edit>Merge Down or use Ctrl+E

Go to Edit>Transform Path>Warp
Apply Settings as shown.

Press “Enter” key for see the result.

Now go to Filters>Brush Strokes>Spatter
Apply settings as shown.

The Result

As i said i used #77b53e And you can change color of logo to what you like as easy as shown blow.
Select the layer of logo
Go to Layer>Change Layer Content>Hue/Saturation… or just press Ctrl+U
