Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 500×500 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black color. Now make a new layer set and name it ‘Toxic Waste’.
Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Arial, bold, 120 pt, crisp and #E361FF color shade. Then in a new text layer type your name.

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay and Pattern Overlay blending options to your name text layer.

A pretty easy to replicate effect but has a lot of power and potential.
I usually stick to two colors (the ones that go with the site layout) so it looks a little bit more classy.
